Returns and Refunds


Delivery is Free and Fast to most parts of the UK.

You will receive an email/text message after you have placed an order and as soon as the items are ready for dispatch (this is usually within 3 – 7 working days).

We require all customers to leave an up to date primary contact number and an email address.

We carry most items to ensure a quick delivery, on some very rare occasions delivery can take upto 21 working days for items which special or bespoke items, but this information is available via our sales agents, otherwise a call will prior to progressing the order.

We currently carry over 95% of our range always in stock, extra deep base ottoman can take upto 2 weeks for delivery but usually we aim to deliver within 1 week.
If you require a item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please call our sales staff who will be able to arrange this.

We use a specialist furniture carrier for over 95% of our deliveries, this ensures that you will receive your goods in perfect condition.
For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of charge in any rare case of damage.

You would also receive a email and text message from the delivery team just prior to delivery on the day itself to give you notice of arrival.
In very rare occasions deliveries can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances for which we are unable to compensate customers for cancelled appointments.

Goods are only sent with a standard courier if your area is not covered by our furniture delivery team, please ask if in doubt, our courier service delivery timescale is again a quick 2-4 days.

Please note, we do not take away your old mattress nor assembly service is available upon request.

Please be wary of a call and email from our couriers. Any calls or emails with no reply will only delay the delivery of your goods therefore provide us with up to date contact information.

Our private courier will contact you prior to delivery to book you in for available slots, please do not take time off work until you receive contact from our couriers. Contact is often by call. Upon call customer will be advised of delivery date and most deliveries are all day appointments. Please do not email us until you have waited 7 to 14 working days from your order date.

Deliveries to following postcodes PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT, can take 7 – 14 days for delivery. These areas may also incur a Delivery charge, click the link below for more information.

Goods can be returned within a period of 14 Days of delivery, once the goods have been collected please allow 2-4 working days for the refund to be processed. To return goods there is a collection charge of £49.00 unless agreed contrarily. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door. Please note delivery times during the festive period and national holidays do vary please contact our delivery team for more information.

We fully comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000

Please note ALL deliveries to off-shore Islands will be sent uninsured and all liability is left with the buyer.

At present, due to this liability we do not deliver to any off-shore locations.

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.

In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return a item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost from £49 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.

Reporting a Damaged Item

In the event that your bed or furniture item is damaged, these are important factors to remember:

    • Upon arrival, check the packaging or mattress for any tears, indents or crumpled areas which can often identify damage.


    • Confirm the condition of the bed, mattress or furniture item before signing for it.


    • If damaged, please refuse the product and sign for as 'damaged' or 'wrong item sent' with the courier.


    • Take photographs of the damaged areas to assist with resolving the issue.


    • Notify customer service of damaged items within 24 hours of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for damage after this time frame has passed.


    • Keep original packaging and be prepared to organise collection for the damaged/faulty item.
